Hummingbird gardens

Established in late 2015, Hummingbird Gardens is a small scale culinary herb salt company and tiny cut flower farm. Owner and operator Amanda Montgomery is passionate about the local flower movement and making things that taste good. You can find the herb salts in almost a dozen shops throughout the Richmond area (and one in Chesapeake)! With hopes to expand to other parts of the state and beyond, keep an eye out for the salts as they grow!

By employing growing practices rooted in respect and love for the land, Hummingbird Gardens is a place that not only inspires the senses, but is also a catalyst for collaboration and community building. HBG is a founding member of the Richmond Flower Collective, and a member of the Association for Specialty Cut Flower Growers (ASCFG), and Floret Farm's Farm Florist Collective.
