Last year our small but mighty group of restaurant partners stretched their creative muscles in the kitchen with a myriad of fresh HBG herbs and edible flowers. This year, we're back at it again! We have a great mix of restaurants utilizing what we grow and we can't wait to see what the season brings.

The Savory Grain- You'll see our flowers on their tables, too! We had our wedding dinner here so it's a very special place to us.

Perk! Bon Air- Christophile was the first person to buy herbs from Hummingbird Gardens and one can argue that that purchase of tarragon is what willed HBG to life! Their full embrace of local (and quirky!) products and their dedication to being an inclusive community space gives us a lot to love.

East Coast Provisions- Having worked for Chef Trevor Knotts, I knew he'd use HBG items in creative and beautiful ways. His plating is something to see. ECP is one of our new restaurants this season and I couldn't be happier to see Trevor each week!

Toast- Toast signed on with us last year and it's so exciting to make the return this year. This is one of my favorite places to stop for a beer and PIMENTO CHEESE WON TONS (yes.). 

Hutch- Toast's sister and also returning from last year! They are our outpost in the West End and if you haven't been there the super friendly folks that work there will make you feel right at home.

Laura Lee's- I was over the moon to start working with Laura Lee's this season. I had my birthday dinner there and have been blown away each and every time I've been there. It's beautiful and the staff is so accommodating. The kitchen is brimming with talent and creativity, too.

Ipanema- Did you know Ipanema's spring menu has been all about edible flowers? Another restaurant that has signed up for their first HBG season, I'm loving what Will and his kitchen friends are doing. Ipanema was my hands on favorite place to go in college and I once saw Billy Corgan eating a sandwich on the patio!
